PPMS Ltd Customer Care CodePPMS Ltd aim to deliver the highest standard of customer service. We therefore make the following commitments to our customers: All Employees & Sub Contractors will adhere to PPMS Ltd Customer Service Standards. Normal working hours for Employees & Sub Contractors will be between 8.00am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, unless by prior arrangement with the Contractor. Prior arrangements could include occasional weekend working. Emergency repairs will require agreed access with the Customer. PPMS Ltd will send the appropriate skilled tradesman to carry out the work which will be completed to a good standard. The Employees & Sub Contractors of PPMS Ltd will arrive at the job, whenever possible, with the appropriate tools and materials. All Employees & Sub Contractors staff will show identity badges. If the Employees & Sub Contractors of PPMS Ltd are unable to complete the work, they will keep the Customer informed and whenever possible, will confirm when the work will be completed. The Employees & Sub Contractors of PPMS Ltd will protect the Customers carpets and furniture with clean dust sheets whilst working inside the property. The Employees & Sub Contractors of PPMS Ltd will ensure health and safety policy is adhered to whilst carrying out the work, and will clear away all rubbish and materials on completion of the job. They will leave the property clean and safe. The Employees & Sub Contractors of PPMS Ltd will respect the Customer and be courteous towards them. They will respect the Customer’s home, privacy, customs and culture. They will not smoke or play a radio whilst undertaking work at a Customer’s home. |
